EXCELLENT location and Really good service!
beautiful twin room city view comfortable beds kind staff
I was upgraded to a beautiful twin room WITH a fine view of the city. the room was super clean, and i loved the comfortable beds. the staff was helpful and kind. They REALLY were pretty good. PLUS, the hotel's location is unbeatable, close to everything i wanted to see and do.
I noticed VERY slight wear on some of the furniture. it did NOT detract from my overall experience.

The hotel features a well-equipped business center AVAILABLE for guest use, and there are vending machines on several floors for quick snacks and drinks. I appreciated the convenience these offered after a LONG day of sightseeing.

My room included a mini-fridge to keep my drinks cold. I also had a work desk with ample lighting FOR any needed tasks. blackout curtains were installed to ensure a restful night's sleep after exploring. WOW, i slept great.

The front desk offered luggage storage BEFORE check-in and after check-out. I appreciate this convenience. daily housekeeping kept my room tidy WITH fresh towels and amenities. GREAT service.

great location free drinks
The location was amazing (right in the heart of everything!). Staff replaced towels and water daily, a very appreciated service. I also enjoyed the free drinks in the afternoons. The available microwave and laundry machine were useful .

the room was a good size for two adults and two kids we had enough space for everyone toiletries were good quality too helpdesk people were good at their job. there were many restaurants nearby and an 8-minute walk to the metro station nishiki market was a 10-minute walk. the bed was comfortable and the amenities were decent.
the room layout was not ideal when the fridge door was open it blocked the passage. the friendliness of the breakfast reception staff needs improvement. i had paid for breakfast but one morning i was refused access even though it was before the agreed time no alternative was offered and no refund given
